Sales Representative, Gianni Versace S.r.l.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Gianni Versace S.r.l. as a Key Holder, Full-Time. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Client Experience: Be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience, embracing and promoting our Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff alike.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goal targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and targets for client data capture.
- Relationship Building: Create and foster genuine client relationships that will result in hitting and exceeding core KPIs: (sales, UPT, ATV).
- After Sales Service: Maintain client relationships through after sales service, including thank you notes, follow-up phone calls, and follow-through of product repair or maintenance.
- Team Support: Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining those that are existing.
- Daily Operations: Support the business through maintenance of daily operations, such as opening and closing the registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain seamless inventory operations throughout the day, including opening and closing consignments, processing returns and exchanges.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
- Business Development: Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
- Coaching and Training: Support the sales team through various coaching and training techniques.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment.
- Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced retail environment.
- Ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.
- A powerful and electrifying personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
