Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations training staff to develop and maintain manufacturing instructions.
  • Manage and maintain a list of documents requiring updates or creation.
  • Document new equipment and processes, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
  • Take and edit photos of control panels and equipment for inclusion in technical documentation.
  • Collect and organize information provided by trainers and engineers to develop accurate and clear documents.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Word and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience as a technical writer, particularly in creating manufacturing instructions, is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
