About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Aide to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a Residential Aide, you will play a vital role in providing supportive services and direct intervention to adult residents in our Behavioral Health Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skill teaching and supportive services to residents.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to report on resident progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee resident self-administration of medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide transportation for residents to medical appointments and assist with household maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member to achieve program goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required.
  • Valid driving license and clean driving record required.
