Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a key member of our store support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have access to the products they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks and break down pallets to restock shelves
  • Work backstock to include DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days
  • Replenish shelves from mass and end displays, rotating product as requested by store management or replenishment lead
  • Remove out-of-code items using efficient methods for rotation
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
  • Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position
  • Must meet company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance
  • Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
  • Job cycles: continual maximum
  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
  • Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
