Key Responsibilities
  • Manage shift production and oversee employee departments
  • Assign duties to employees and provide guidance and feedback
  • Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed through training
  • Handle employee administrative needs with Human Resources
Requirements
  • BS Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of supervisory experience with dynamic continuous processes
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • SAP, MRP/ERP experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to be a self-starter with the ability to switch tasks based on production demand
  • Strong communication skills - multilingual skills preferred but not required
Work Schedule
  • 12-hour shifts - 3 day/4 day
  • 6pm-6am / Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
