Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse II to join our Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility team. As a key member of our healthcare team, the LVN II will provide exceptional patient care, education, and support to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including phlebotomy, high-level disinfection, and assisting with patient visits.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on fertility treatments and reproductive health.
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted California LVN License.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a specialty that involves coordination of care.
- At least 1 year of experience in a fertility clinic or reproductive health setting.
- 1 year of acute care experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialty certification in reproductive health or fertility nursing.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
