Job Summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Service Coordinator to join our team at Western Wake Pediatrics.

Compensation Package:$48,000 - $58,000 per year

Main Duties
  • Collect and document patient histories before appointments.
  • Verify the reason for each visit and update patient records accordingly.
  • Assist patients with paperwork and other administrative tasks.
  • Take and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate.
  • Perform various medical procedures, such as administering injections, delivering treatments, conducting eye exams, and processing lab samples.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records.
  • Clean and organize patient examination areas.
  • Notify patients of test results as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Help patients schedule appointments and resolve any scheduling issues.
  • Manage medical supplies, office materials, and equipment.
Required Skills
  • A Certified or Registered Medical Assistant certification is necessary.
