Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in progressive design-build and/or CMGC, self-perform, heavy civil/heavy highway, construction.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the progressive design build process, ensuring that all designs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise self-perform construction activities, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Manage heavy civil and heavy highway construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Liaise with DOT and other regulatory bodies, ensuring that all work is compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work activities, and monitoring project progress.
  • Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and estimating activities, ensuring that all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of project progress and any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive design build, self-perform, heavy civil, construction.
  • Proven ability to manage complex heavy civil construction projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate work activities, and monitor project progress.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to conduct forecasting, budgeting, and estimating activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to safety, with the ability to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety standards.
