Job Summary

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled EEG Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our neurodiagnostic team, you will be responsible for performing testing to measure and record the electrical activity of the brain.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct EEG testing to diagnose and monitor neurological disorders
  • Operate and maintain EEG equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
  • Collaborate with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret test results and develop treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of Neurodiagnostic Tech program within six months of hire preferred
  • Minimum one year prior experience in EEG or neurodiagnostic technology preferred
  • Registration in EEG and/or Evoked Potential by ABRET preferred
