Job Summary

PennState Health is seeking a skilled Per Diem EEG Technologist to join our team. As an EEG Technologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and monitoring of patients with neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform EEG testing to measure and record the electrical activity of the brain.
  • Interpret EEG data to assist in the diagnosis and monitoring of patients with neurological disorders.
  • Collaborate with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of EEG technology and its applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in EEG technology and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of Neurodiagnostic Tech program required within six months of hire.
  • Minimum one (1) year prior experience preferred.
  • Registration in EEG and/or Evoked Potential by ABRET preferred.
