Senior Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to join our Healthcare Practice Group in Los Angeles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate project delivery processes for mid-to-large scale domestic and international projects.
- Collaborate with lead professionals to ensure design and documentation meet project expectations.
- Lead architectural project delivery teams and participate in building and site design activities.
- Manage key clients and develop and maintain key client relationships.
- Produce construction documents and manage subconsultants through project delivery phases.
- Evaluate code compliance and facilitate project scheduling and staffing.
- Attend coordination and construction meetings and prepare field reports.
- Direct issue resolution and enhance project quality in reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- 14+ years of architecture healthcare experience and knowledge of guidelines for the design and construction of healthcare facilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent architecture healthcare experience with California's Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI).
- Professional registration in the State of California.
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of sustainable principles and LEED accreditation.
