About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to lead and develop creative design concepts and strategies on multiple projects for Setco Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative design concepts and strategies to drive business growth and success.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Setco Group remains competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop design solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with REVIT, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Bluebeam.
- Mid- to Large-scale commercial experience preferred.
- Licensed Architect preferred.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
