Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
  • Experience with prior authorizations is advantageous

  • Proficient in computer usage within a Windows environment
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong professional communication skills via telephone
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceuticals
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

Licensure and Certification:

  • Pharmacy Technician Certification is preferred
  • Capability to obtain state registration as required
