Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead projects and collaborate with clients at Shive-Hattery Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will design complex infrastructure, work closely with teams, and contribute to our tradition of excellence in Valparaiso and NW Indiana.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires 6+ years of experience in civil engineering. The successful candidate will oversee design efforts on municipal projects, manage client communications, and make informed design decisions. They will also collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality results.

Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as 35+ benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer voluntary life insurance and accident insurance, FSA, paid holidays, and PTO, paid parental leave, and a 401K/Roth 401K plan with company match. Additionally, we provide overtime bonus and profit-sharing bonus, tuition reimbursement, and licensure/certification financial support.
