Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Certified Nurse Practitioner to work closely with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive medical care to patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting wellness.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat common Diabetic & Chemo Neuropathy & chronic pain conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments, and educate patients on their proper use.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare measures and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting wellness.
