Renesas Electronics is a leading provider of embedded semiconductor solutions, driven by its purpose 'To Make Our Lives Easier.' We are looking for a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in this exciting role.

As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the financial reporting and general ledger accounting team. You will oversee the closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP or IFRS. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Additionally, you will manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording and classification of all financial transactions.

This role requires a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. You should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a financial reporting or GL accounting manager, and Big 4 public accounting firm experience is a strong plus. You should also have in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), proven experience in leading and managing an accounting team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be proficient in accounting software, such as ERP systems, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $124,000 - $186,000, along with bonus opportunities and commission pay.
