Job Summary: Fundraising Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fundraising Coordinator to join our team at MorseLife Health Systems.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing fundraising events and campaigns to support the growth of MorseLife Health Systems.
Main Responsibilities
- COORDINATE AND EXECUTE FUNDRAISING EVENTS AND CAMPAIGNS TO SUPPORT MORSLE HEALTH SYSTEMS' GROWTH STRATEGY;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and partners;
- Research and identify potential new donors and partners;
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of fundraising efforts;
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall strategy;
- Maintain accurate records and reports on fundraising activities and outcomes;
- Promote the organization's mission and goals through various channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
- Proven track record of success in fundraising and event planning;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working in a non-profit or healthcare setting is an asset;
- Knowledge of grant-making organizations and corporate sponsorship opportunities;
- Previous experience in sales or business development is an asset;
- High level of literacy and report writing skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum depending on experience.
