Job OverviewAt Milestone Property Management, we're dedicated to building strong relationships with our residents and providing exceptional customer service. We're seeking detail-oriented and result-driven professionals with at least two years of experience in multi-family residential property management. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Our competitive hourly compensation ranges from $24 to $26, depending on experience levels. We also offer great benefits, including group medical, dental, life insurance, holidays, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and lease rental units, staying up-to-date on market rents and neighborhood developments
  • Attract new residents through advertising, referrals, and showcasing available apartment homes
  • Accomplish financial objectives, focusing on 'value add' opportunities
  • Rent collection and delinquency control
  • Enforce property policies, rules, and regulations
  • Ensure timely processing of work orders and repair requests
  • Inspect and prepare vacant apartment homes for new occupants
  • Foster a sense of community and pride among residents

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an on-site apartment manager, with a focus on 'value add' achievements
  • Excellent customer service skills, as you'll be the face and voice of our company and community
  • Strong leasing and marketing abilities
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and industry software, with knowledge of AppFolio a plus
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required, with any additional degrees or designations an advantage
