RN - Medical Nursing - Full Time Nights

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
- At least 1 year of experience in ICU nursing
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
