We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- ~ 1 year of Nursing experience.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
