As an Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team of Staff Accountants, nurturing client relationships, and addressing advanced business service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights on results.
  • Develop and record journal entries while reconciling general ledger accounts for clients, utilizing accrual accounting principles.
  • Assist clients in formulating budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with external CPA firms, serving as a liaison between business owners and their accountants.
  • Manage client invoicing and support collection efforts.
  • Oversee the transition of accounting functions to QuickBooks or suitable software solutions.
  • Facilitate banking activities for clients, including the preparation of deposits, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
  • Supervise DMS or client personnel as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong independent working capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
  • Experience in payroll processing or familiarity with payroll reports is advantageous.
