We are seeking a motivated sales person to fill the role of Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have strong computer abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a valid class 5 driver's license.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: Respond to customer inquiries and engage in sales conversations

• First Contact Greeting: Welcome and assist walk-in customers

• Sales Lead Management: Respond to and follow up on sales leads

• CRM Utilization: Record and track lead conversions using the organization's CRM

• Online Presence: Post online ads and manage the company's website presence

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Supplier Interaction: Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate deals

• Product Training: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and training

Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a base salary plus commission, with a salary range of $60,000-$100,000.
