We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at Gpac. Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Insurance Needs Assessment: Review and assess client insurance needs, recommend coverage options, and prepare quotes to ensure clients have the right insurance coverage.
- Claims Processing: Assist clients in claims processing, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution to their claims.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insurance products to provide informed advice to clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and ensure clients feel valued and supported.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience.
- License: State insurance license (Property & Casualty).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Software Experience: Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.
- Professional Designations: Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC).
