This position serves as a patient advocate, working closely with healthcare teams to identify and address barriers to medication adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Education and Counseling: Provide personalized education and counseling to patients and families on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
  • Barrier Identification and Resolution: Identify and address potential barriers to medication adherence, such as cost, access, or understanding, and work with healthcare teams to develop solutions.

Requirements
