Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pickup during arrival and departure.
  • Maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs.
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement required.
  • At least three years of commercial driving experience or nine years of driving experience as a licensed driver.
  • Ability to read and write standard English language.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.

The Shuttle Driver will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a daily basis. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
