Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Operations: Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting client deadlines.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of work quality, providing feedback and coaching to staff as needed.
- Reporting and Analytics: Collect and analyze data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform business decisions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on new procedures, best practices, and company policies.
- Communication and Customer Service: Maintain effective communication with clients, staff, and management, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer basics.
- Qualifications: Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work.
