We are seeking a dedicated and organized Collision Center Parts Coordinator to join our team at RPG. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our repair center by managing inventory, processing orders, and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order, receive, track, and store materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, shipping, and other records.
  • Enter data into our computer system.
  • Prepare requisitions, orders, and other documents for purchasing new stock items.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers professionally.
  • Continuously update your equipment knowledge through training and development.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in automotive parts coordination.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
  • Physically fit to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, lifting, and squatting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inventory management, data entry, and computer skills.
  • Dependable and reliable.
