Coordination Specialist for Processing Operations Job Description

Marathon TS is in search of Coordination Specialists to assist with a significant CBP initiative. This role is contingent in nature. We are seeking individuals to undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Guide noncitizens and support administrative tasks associated with the intake process, including the management and tracking of personal belongings.
  • Prepare necessary administrative paperwork for approval by CBP officials and maintain records pertinent to the processing of noncitizens in DHS/CBP custody.
  • Document information provided by CBP officials regarding detained noncitizens into DHS/CBP databases.
  • Show noncitizens the procedures for DNA collection.
  • Assist in the preparation and uploading of A-Files and assembling case files.
  • Observe pat-downs performed by officers.
  • Prepare and distribute meals provided by CBP to noncitizens.
  • Compile I-216 manifests for approval by CBP officials.
  • Manage inventory of essential items for detainees.
  • Collect and transport supplies and medications within designated areas.
  • Update and send I-862 (Notice to Appear) to EOIR when required.
  • Reach out to noncitizen family members for confirmation of contact details.
  • Provide guidance to noncitizens within the facilities.
