About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Melbourne, FL area. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with therapists and primary care providers to deliver comprehensive psychiatric services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with mental health professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications as needed.
  • Work effectively within long-term care facilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing healthcare teams.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base salary of $120,000 per annum, with an annual increase of 3%.
  • A bonus structure based on production and quality metrics, ranging from $40,000 to $85,000+.
  • An attractive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and malpractice insurance.
  • 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) in the first year, increasing to 120 hours by year three, plus six paid holidays.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Florida APRN license.
  • PMHNP certification.
  • A DEA license (exemption applies to new graduates).
  • A positive attitude and strong collaborative skills.
