We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Support team at W. L. Gore & Associates. This individual will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our Field Sales organization, enabling them to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive Sales Support: Engage and partner with the Field Sales Organization to drive sales and the selling process, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Customer Experience: Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers, including Health Care Professionals, Sales Leaders, Field Sales Associates, and Clinical Associates.
- Sales Support Tasks: Perform a wide range of sales support activities, including supporting sales meetings, marketing mailers, and attending incoming requests.
- Correspondence and Communication: Generate, proofread, and distribute correspondence to internal and external customers, adhering to established guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify solutions to non-standard requests and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and clearly communicate complex information between diverse individuals or teams.
- Resource Utilization: Utilize resources effectively and efficiently.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Perform duties accurately in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support other Sales Support-related activities, processes, or capabilities as assigned.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other data management systems.
- Self-Directed and Motivated: Self-directed and motivated with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Phone Skills: Excellent phone skills and business professionalism.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adopt and implement new tools, processes, or technology to improve work efficiency.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and problem-solve.
- Relationship Building: Ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 5%.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the medical device industry.
