The Senior Legal Counsel reports directly to the Executive General Counsel and is responsible for handling a variety of complex assigned legal projects within the Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements


• Provide expert counsel on a range of legal issues, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and minimize legal exposure


• Stay up-to-date on legislative changes and industry trends to inform legal decision-making

Requirements


• Proven experience in a law firm environment or corporate legal department


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically


• Law degree and admission to the bar, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
