As a Guest Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering customer satisfaction and enhancing sales for our tire and automotive repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers both face-to-face and via phone, manage appointment scheduling, and cultivate trust with clients.
  • Support various facets of customer service, ensure work orders are completed efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Serve as a secondary key holder responsible for opening and closing the establishment.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, providing clear explanations of services offered.
  • Uphold a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with company standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
