Catalyst Health Group is seeking a highly skilled LPN to fill the role of Clinical Manager for our Outpatient Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading a team of Certified Medical Assistants and LVNs.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of clinical staff, including interviewing, selection, and training.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity of the practice.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety rules and regulations, as well as HIPAA/PHI guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure adequate staffing levels and effective onboarding of new physicians.
- Track and maintain certifications and licensures for clinical staff, and ensure compliance with HRIS/HCM system.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- LVN licensure required; CPR certification preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in a healthcare environment, with 5+ years' experience in a leadership role.
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills.
