About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Merchandise Expert to join our team. As a General Merchandise Expert, you will be responsible for leading inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting and engaging with them.
  • Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for guests and improve their experience.
  • Ensure sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed for guests.
  • Execute revisions, sales plans, and planograms for all General Merchandise categories.
  • Assist all non-General Merchandise areas of the store with transition sets and In-Store Marketing.
  • Process all inbound deliveries using the Receive application to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits.
  • Maintain backroom and fixture room organization, location accuracy, and follow equipment guidelines.

  • Work both independently and with a team.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process.
