As a Regional Vice President, you will lead a high-performing team to drive growth strategies for our provider GTM team. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, sales expertise, and market knowledge.

About the Role

The Regional Vice President will oversee a team of 6-8 sales professionals, setting performance goals and fostering an environment that encourages professional growth and accountability. You will also be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives across your region, ensuring the team meets/exceeds annual targets through effective client engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and providing ongoing feedback to promote best practices in consultative sales and client relationship management.
  2. Strategic Growth: Drive regional growth initiatives, ensuring the team meets/exceeds annual targets through effective client engagement and relationship management.
  3. Account Management: Act as a point of escalation and support for complex or high-value accounts, working collaboratively with direct reports to develop tailored solutions and strategies.
  4. Mentorship: Mentor and guide VPs to refine their sales strategies, enhance account management skills, and deliver consistent results.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare sales or business development, ideally within the provider space.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams and driving regional growth in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience fostering growth within sales teams.
