Job Overview

ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert support for students in Berwick, NH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to implement and assess behavior plans
  • Design and deliver training sessions on evidence-based behavior management techniques
  • Analyze data to inform intervention adjustments and monitor progress
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
Requirements:
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • New Hampshire state licensure or ability to obtain it
  • Preferred experience working in school settings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
