About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our team at FUCHS LUBRICANTS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand business needs and provide financial guidance.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactive monitoring of cash positions, loans, and bank relationships.
  • Oversee the credit/collection activities, including customer set-ups and collection activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Power BI or SAP experience preferred.
