Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Touchstone Communities. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our skilled nursing community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key HR performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws, including Title VII, ADA, and FLSA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
