Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a public school in Naples, FL. This full-time position offers a collaborative and supportive environment where you can help students achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Speech and Language Therapy: Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop and Implement IEPs: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with Teachers and Parents: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Conduct Assessments and Progress Documentation: Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate progress documentation to track student growth and progress.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Florida SLP License: Hold a valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Experience in a School Setting: Preferably, have experience working in a school setting, with a strong understanding of educational environments and policies.
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
