Job Summary:
As a Technical Program Manager - Electrical Engineering, you will play a critical role in the success of our spacecraft development projects. You will be responsible for managing the program schedule, risk management, cost, and key technical budgets, as well as leading multiple electrical engineering teams in developing various systems for our spacecraft.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in programmatic activities from concept to completion, including schedule management, risk assessment, and cost control.
• Lead electrical engineering teams in developing complex systems for our spacecraft, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resource allocation plans, and key performance indicators to ensure program success.
• Consult with Astranis technical leadership and advisors on major technical decisions and trades.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management, leadership, or technical roles, with a strong background in electrical engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
