Salary: $115K-$125K

The Epic Cadence Analyst is responsible for operational and application build tasks, focusing on medium to large projects. Key duties include workflow analysis, system build, and documentation, working closely with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate application and operational requirements into functional solutions.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects, prioritize workflow, and mitigate risks in collaboration with the manager.
  • Track issues, provide solutions, and apply project management methodologies.
  • Re-engineer operational workflows with end-users and business owners.
  • Convert end-user needs into system specifications and configuration requirements.
  • Manage migration paths, change control processes, and ticket management.
  • Ensure high standards in application design, build, testing, and documentation for support and training.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Epic Cadence design, build, and implementation.
  • 2 years of experience with designing and building Decision Trees.
  • Epic Cadence Certification
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Provider Template Optimization, Visit type consolidation, and Department and Provider build.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Decision Tree Badge
