Job Summary

Congruex LLC is seeking a skilled Lineman to join our construction team in Tallahassee, FL. As a Lineman, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead cable TV and fiber-optic communication lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain overhead cable TV and fiber-optic communication lines
  • Operate a Bucket truck following all safety and traffic regulations
  • Assist with pole framing and placement of stands
  • Climb poles as required
  • Operate hand and power tools of all types
  • Assist with installation of guys and anchor
  • Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards
Requirements
  • A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying new approaches
  • GRIT values - Guts, Reliability, Innovation, and Teamwork
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Pass background check; no DUIs or felonies
  • Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends
  • Willing to travel on short notice, Southeast region of the US
  • Willing to work in inclement weather
  • Not averse to heights
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction, and/or engineering industry
  • Current CDL
