At ADEX, we're seeking a skilled Aerial Lineman to join our team. As an Aerial Lineman, you'll be responsible for installing, upgrading, and repairing aerial telecommunications cable. Your expertise will ensure that all installation work meets our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Repair: Install, upgrade, and repair aerial telecommunications cable, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
  • Work Order Completion: Complete work orders and acquire necessary sign-offs in a timely manner.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist with overflow work as needed and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to company safety policies for vehicles, equipment, and adhere to all relevant regulations.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Ability to travel when required and work long and unpredictable hours in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in aerial construction (fiber and coax) with a strong understanding of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb telephone poles, work in a bucket truck, and climb poles up to 40 feet, with the ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. as needed.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license, ability to pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test.
