About the Role

As a Sales Lead at Foot Locker, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of sales associates and be accountable for achieving personal and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and working collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent sales service
  • Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
  • Maintain personal and productivity goals, and uphold the quality and productivity of every aspect of the store
  • Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager, and the Store Manager
  • Develop and share expertise of products and trends to meet customer needs
  • Maintain awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
