Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of the activity program and plan special events that promote socialization, creativity, and emotional well-being.
  • Ensure the spiritual, emotional, and psycho-social needs of residents are met on an individual basis.
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans that support the recovery goals of our clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in providing activities or group treatment is preferred.
  • Prior experience in mental health is preferred.
