About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Interventionist to join our team at 360 Behavioral Health. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 care directly with clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Collect data related to client's progress during treatment sessions.
  • Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.
  • Promote client engagement to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months or of relevant experience working with individuals; may include internships or employment in related fields such as education or childcare.
  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification and TB screening
  • Be able to lift up to 30lbs. While assisting consumers
  • Must be able to run, bend, sit, stand for long periods at a time
