Posición

Buscamos un RPA Solutions Architect que será un miembro clave de nuestro equipo de ingeniería de automatización, colaborando estrechamente con otros ingenieros, arquitectos, analistas y expertos en la materia para impulsar los esfuerzos de automatización de la empresa. Este rol implica liderar el desarrollo, la administración y el soporte de herramientas de automatización y bajo código como RPA y ServiceNow. El objetivo es proporcionar información procesable y reducir el trabajo no esencial, ayudando a los equipos a crear valor de manera más efectiva.

El candidato exitoso será responsable de desarrollar y respaldar rápidamente automatizaciones personalizadas y aplicaciones de bajo código necesarias para la empresa. Las habilidades de ingeniería de software ágil son cruciales para este rol, incluyendo la colaboración en un equipo de desarrollo ágil multifuncional, contribuyendo al diseño de UX, desarrollo de plataformas, ingeniería de datos, conexiones API, integración continua y despliegue continuo, así como pruebas manuales y automatizadas.

Responsabilidades
  • Colaborar con Product Owners y Stakeholders para comprender los requisitos comerciales, derivar casos de uso e identificar desafíos clave.
  • Desarrollar soluciones que aborden todos los casos de uso mediante un enfoque de diseño centrado en el cliente.
  • Proporcionar recomendaciones de soluciones a los propietarios de negocios y productos, considerando la personalización, configuración, integración y extensibilidad, así como límites y restricciones.
  • Traducir requisitos en un diseño de sistema lógico, económico, técnico y sostenible.
  • Formular un plan de implementación utilizando análisis estructurados, delineando los pasos necesarios para desarrollar la solución.
  • Proporcionar experiencia técnica práctica para diseñar, desarrollar, probar, implementar y monitorear las plataformas RPA y ServiceNow, así como soluciones similares para satisfacer los requisitos del cliente.
  • Identificar proactivamente problemas, realizar análisis de causa raíz y resolver de manera independiente problemas rutinarios y no rutinarios.
  • Colaborar con equipos de negocios y tecnología para asegurar soluciones integradas de alta calidad que proporcionen una experiencia positiva al cliente.
  • Trabajar con colegas para diseñar y aprovechar integraciones de plataformas, automatizaciones y otros componentes y marcos reutilizables del sistema.
  • Facilitar la mejora de procesos identificando oportunidades para la automatización, simplificación o mejor utilización de las capacidades de RPA y ServiceNow.
  • Participar en actividades de arquitectura de plataformas y software, incluyendo la solución de Prueba de Valor.
  • Trabajar continuamente para madurar nuestras automatizaciones de bajo código a través de gobernanza, monitoreo, fomento y promoción de mejores prácticas.
  • Mantener altos estándares de documentación técnica, gobernanza y cumplimiento de normas.
Calificaciones
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo.
  • Conocimiento de tecnologías/plataformas RPA.
  • Dominio de SQL, lenguajes de scripting como JavaScript, programación orientada a objetos (Python, Java, .NET, etc.).
  • Capacidad demostrada para escribir código eficiente y mantenible, solucionar problemas complejos y adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y marcos.
  • Experiencia previa en roles que requieren solución de problemas, depuración, análisis de causa raíz, ajuste de rendimiento y conversión de requisitos de alto nivel o incompletos en un diseño integral.
  • Conocimiento en metodología ágil y plataformas de seguimiento de historias como Azure DevOps, JIRA o plataformas similares.
  • Experiencia en un negocio de Servicios Financieros relacionado y/o Gestión de Activos es preferible.
  • Experiencia con ServiceNow, Snowflake, Azure Graphs, SharePoint y Power BI es un plus.
