Description
Join the dynamic team at Clearwave Communications as a Business Care Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our enterprise-level clients, addressing inquiries related to billing, service installations, and account modifications through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to calls from Clearwave business clients and addressing their inquiries with professionalism.
- Delivering accurate, timely, and consistent support to meet the needs of business customers by adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Resolving customer issues, including billing discrepancies, in a courteous and professional manner.
- Providing post-installation support, including entering service changes into the relevant software systems.
- Handling web chat inquiries from business clients on the Business Services Website with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilizing back-office processing tools effectively during customer interactions.
- Offering timely feedback to Clearwave leadership regarding service challenges or customer concerns.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
What You Will Need:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) along with one to two years of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
We value customer service expertise and are seeking individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service over the phone. Proficiency in data entry is also essential.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
Familiarity with Single View software is preferred.
