The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Nursing Director to lead our pediatric care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pediatric care programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Oversee and direct multiple cost centers/departments to achieve hospital and network objectives
  • Function in an advisory capacity to develop and evaluate proposed procedural changes related to patient care
  • Closely monitor profit and loss, revenue generation, and expenditure control to optimize operations and streamline costs

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure and relevant experience in pediatric nursing
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in directing multiple cost centers/departments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
