About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Admissions Representative to join our Welcome Center team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals and families seeking treatment for eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and assess and qualify web inquiries and leads.
  • Conduct preadmission screenings, including demonstrations and insurance evaluations.
  • Determine the subsequent course of action, whether to direct individuals to the Admissions Counselor or schedule appointments.
  • Receive and handle faxes and emails.
  • Oversee and manage leads obtained from outreach efforts.
  • Enter initial information into Salesforce, ensuring inclusion of referral sources.
  • Direct relevant inquiries to the Admissions Counselor.
  • Arrange evaluation appointments when necessary.
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent computer skills (proficient in typing).
  • Previous mental health experience preferred.
